Creative Arts Summer Camp Registration Form

You must complete a registration form for each child participating in the program.

Payment must be made in full to secure registration.


 

WHO: Children and youth with and without disabilities, ages 6-17*
*youth with disabilities welcome up to age 22

WHAT: Have fun, make friends, make art, and get creative!
Daily program activities include visual arts, music, dance/fitness, theater, yoga and team sports.

WHERE:  WILD LIME PARK: 14751 Hammocks Boulevard, Miami, FL 33196

DATES: 

  • Session 1:  June 11 - June 29, 2018
  • Session 2:  July 9 - July 27, 2018

DAYS/TIMES:  Monday-Friday, 8 am - 6 pm (extended care available 4 - 6 pm)

On time arrival, consistent attendance and participation are highly valued in this program!


About: Youth Arts in the Parks Creative Summer Camp is presented by Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces and Arts for Learning/Miami.  Youth Arts in the Parks Creative Summer Camp is an inclusive, socially-oriented arts camp for children and youth with and without disabilities.  Campers will enjoy a fun and educational program that teaches kids of all abilities multidisciplinary arts and creative expression in an inclusive social setting.  Instruction is led by professional artists/art teachers, certified instructors and disability experts.  No prior art, music, dance, theater or creative expression experience is required.

Space is Limited! Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Submitting a registration form does not guarantee a spot in the program. Once program capacity is reached, individuals submitting registration forms will be placed on a waiting list. Participating students must be residents of Miami-Dade County.

Only registration forms that are fully completed and submitted with payment in full will be accepted for enrollment.  Program fees are non-refundable.

PROGRAM FEES (non-refundable) per each, 3-week session * :

  • No extended care (8am - 4pm) First child - $200 per 3-week session | Siblings - $100 per 3-week session.
  • With extended care (8am - 6pm) First child - $250 per 3-week session | Siblings - $125 per 3-week session.
    *Includes 15 full-day sessions, AKI t-shirts, supplies and field trip:  a combined value of over $1,000!

Registration Deadline: 
All registration forms must be received by Thursday, May 31, 2018 to receive priority consideration. Payment must be made in full to secure registration.

To Register: You must complete the registration form below by the deadline date and submit payment in full for each student participating in the program.  Registration confirmations with payment instructions and a PayPal invoice will be sent out by email from Arts for Learning within two weeks of submitting registration forms, in the order in which they were received.
