URGENT REMINDER: Friday, September 30th Deadline – Economic Impact Survey

 

Dear Cultural Colleagues,

 

This is an important reminder.

 

I strongly urge that you to take the time to complete your Arts & Economic Prosperity 5 (AEP5) survey before the final deadline this Friday, September 30th.

 

This is your last and final chance to participate in this important economic impact study of the arts in Miami-Dade County. If you have already completed your survey, please accept my thanks. 

 

If your organization has not yet filled out the survey, see the guide below with complete step-by-step instructions. The survey can be answered using your last completed organizational budget and should take under one hour to complete.

You must complete your survey before the September 30th deadline!

If you have not started the survey process yet, below are detailed instructions to assist you:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORGANIZATIONS WITH “NOT STARTED” STATUS

Organizations that listed on your Status Report as having “Not Started” status may have created their DataArts account, but they definitely have not started the survey and they likely have not started the process at all. Send the instructions below to “Not Started” organizations:

 

  1. Go to www.da.culturaldata.org.
  2. You should be able to find your organization by looking it up by name in the system.
  3. Select “Create an Account,” fill out the information requested, and click “Submit.” Then follow the instructions to search for your organization. Your organization has already been loaded into the system, so it should be there. Once you find your organization, follow the instructions to “join” it. (If you are unable to find your organization in the system, click “Create” on the search results screen and create your organization.)
  4. If you are unable to log in for any reason, contact the DataArts Support Center at help@culturaldata.org or by toll-free phone at 877-707-3282 to request your survey credentials.
  5. Once you are logged in, click the “Update Details” button to confirm your organization’s contact information.
  6. Click the “Start a Survey” button and begin the process by providing background information about your organization (e.g., artistic discipline, legal status such as nonprofit/government, etc.).
  7. Click “Continue” to fill out the economic impact survey by providing your organization’s financial, workforce, and attendance information.
  8. Answer all of the questions on each page, and then click “Complete Survey” on the final page to submit your information and complete the process.

If you have already started your survey, follow these instructions to complete the process:

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORGANIZATIONS WITH “IN-PROGRESS” STATUS

Organizations that are listed on your Status Report as having “In Progress” status have already created their DataArts account and set their own login credentials. Send the instructions below to “In-Progress” organizations:

 

  1. Go to www.da.culturaldata.org.
  2. Log in to your account (if you’ve forgotten the password that you chose, select “Need login help?” on the login screen, or contact the DataArts Support Center by email at help@culturaldata.org or by toll-free phone at 877-707-3282).
  3. Locate your survey that is listed as “In Progress” (under the header “Your Surveys”).
  4. Click the “Edit” button on the right to continue filling out the survey by providing your organization’s financial, workforce, and attendance information.
  5. Answer all of the questions on each page, and then click “Complete Survey” on the final page to submit your information and complete the process.
