Miami-Dade County Commissioner Javier D. Souto, District 10, and the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs are holding a public meeting to unveil plans for the Westchester Cultural Arts Center, which will be located at the main entrance to Tropical Park. Zyscovich Architects will introduce the design and building plans which include a 200-seat Studio Theater, Dance and Rehearsal Studio, Lobby/Gallery space, class rooms and office space.
