Culture Shock Miami Participation Form

Here is a way that you can help the Department of Cultural Affairs and the Cultural Affairs Council by serving as volunteer grants panelists to review applications for cultural grants funding from Miami-Dade County. If you are an artist, arts-related professional, educator, community member, business leader or someone with current or prior active involvement in the arts, such as board members of cultural organizations, fill out this form to be considered as a volunteer grants panelist.
