  • The next meeting of the Cultural Affairs Council is scheduled for Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at 12 Noon at the Stephen P. Clark Center, located at 111 Northwest 1 Street, 6th floor conference room.

  • REMINDER – All Cultural Affairs Council members are required to complete Source of Income Statement Form and as necessary, Gift Disclosure Form. These forms are due no later than July 1, 2017 and are to be submitted to the Miami-Dade Elections Department (or we will submit them on your behalf, if you provide us with the completed forms).

Top Arts Fact of the Month

MORE THAN 200,000 CHILDREN ARE REACHED BY CULTURAL PROGRAMS. 

With support from The Children’s Trust, the Department of Cultural Affairs reaches more than 200,000 children each year who otherwise might not have access to arts experiences. Programs include scholarships to summer arts and science camps, cultural outreach programs to under-served audiences, activities for kids both with and without disabilities, and the annual All Kids Included Family Festival.
