Join the Miami Emerging Arts Leaders for a discussion that brings together leaders and changemakers as they share first-hand experience on building solid foundations, development strategies, succession planning, and strengthening your organization for the future. Panelists will share how they have positioned their organizations for lasting impact and developed leadership transition plans with successful execution. They will also share the challenges of long-term planning and the tools they have used that work. This workshop is for emerging and veteran administrators who support organizational planning with an interest in generational legacy.
