Detailed Description:

Miami-Dade County (“County”) has authorized possession of the vacant property located at the addresses listed above to the County’s Animal Services Department. The ASPCA intends to lease the Proposed Building and the property from the County for purposes of providing animal-related services, including, without limitation, spay/neuter operations and primary pet care services, to the County’s residents, including the underserved areas of Miami-Dade County particularly the Liberty City / Overtown areas. The Proposed Building is an approximately 6,900 square foot single floor level building to be constructed on the vacant property. The ASPCA intends to provide all services on an outpatient basis and does not intend to board animals overnight. The project proudly will be pursuing LEED Silver and will incorporate Art in Public Places art work into its architecture. Animal Clinic (no boarding) will be the primary use, with accessory uses including retail and office. RFQ: ASPCA / ASD Liberty City Animal Clinic
