The Miami Beach Visitor and Convention Authority's (VCA) mission is to recruit, develop, support and partner with events, festivals, programs and activities that are innovative, high quality and representative of Miami Beach. The VCA oversees and administers grants programs that provide funding support for activities and special events that promote Miami Beach as a year-round tourist destination.
