Entry Rate: $40,00.00 - Maximum Rate: $50,000.00 Yearly
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of professional fundraising experience in the nonprofit sector. Demonstrated success in individual giving and donor relationship management. Experience with donor databases/CRMs and basic development operations. Strong writing and communication skills with an ability to tell a compelling story. Organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Comfortable attending evening or weekend events several times per year. Passion for arts, youth development, education, or related fields.

The Development Director is a part time leadership role focused on growing and sustaining Vocal Youth Miami’s contributed revenue. This person reports to the Executive Artistic Director and will guide and implement fundraising strategies, deepen relationships with donors, and build the systems that support a strong culture of philanthropy.
This role is ideal for an experienced development professional who is excited by both strategy and hands on work. As the organization continues to grow, there is potential for this role to become full time.
