Currently under construction and just over 50 % complete, the new Miami Science Museum (MSM) will be a 250,000 square foot green building on an approximately 4-acre site that will house a Planetarium, an Aquarium, interactive exhibitions and a Learning Center, accompanied by external areas to include a living core (Aquarium and Wildlife Center) and a Science Playground. The building itself will be an exhibit of science and technology and MSM will seek LEED certification.
