On May 7, 2024, the Appellate Division of the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit denied the opposing counsel’s second motion for a rehearing, once again reaffirming its ruling in favor of Miami-Dade County, granting the County’s appeal regarding the Coconut Grove Playhouse.
